UK ORDERS
All orders are sent using Royal Mail first class and should therefore reach you within 1-4 working days once they have been posted.
For extra peace of mind – or if you’re in a hurry to receive it – you can also upgrade your order to Royal Mail Tracked. It can then be tracked online throughout its journey and should arrive in 24hrs. It will need to be signed for (or you can allocate a neighbour/assign a safe place for it to be delivered). As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with all the tracking information.
Orders over £75 will automatically be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked at no extra charge.
EU ORDERS
All orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard and should reach you within 3-6 working days depending on your location.
For extra peace of mind you can also upgrade your order to Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. It can then be tracked online throughout its journey and will need to be signed for. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with all the tracking information.
Orders over £85 will automatically be upgraded to Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed at no extra charge.
