RETURNS

If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase then no worries! I accept exchanges/refunds as long as:

  • The exchange/refund has been requested within 30 days of receiving the item(s)
  • The item(s) are unused and in the same condition that you received it/them
  • The item(s) are in their original packaging (e.g. gift box)
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g. email receipt).

Several types of goods cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

HOW TO GET A REFUND/EXCHANGE

To start a refund or exchange please email flowdesignsuk@gmail.com with the details and your proof or purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the return postage costs and that the original postage costs of your order (if any) are non-refundable.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once I have received your returned item(s) I will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting it/them. This should take no longer than two working days from the date I receive it.

If your return is approved, I will initiate the refund to your credit card or original method of payment immediately. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you should then receive the refund within 7 days.

RECEIVING AN EXCHANGE

Once I have received your item(s) to be exchanged I will send you an email to notify you of the status of your exchange after inspecting the item(s). This should take no longer than two working days from the date I receive it/them. I will then post your new item(s) within two working days. Please note that you may be required to pay for the shipping of the new item(s), depending on whether they’re eligible for free shipping or not.
